The Borealis Isolated Postgres beta multi-tenant database clusters in the United States and Europe regions are currently running PostgreSQL 13. The objective of this maintenance session is to upgrade those clusters to PostgreSQL 14. Affected databases will be inaccessible for the duration of the maintenance.
